Bahnmiller Construction designed and erected the WSDOT Olympic Region Maintenance & Administration Facility for WA State Department of Transportation in Lacey, Washington. We worked as part of the design build team with Graham Contracting, Ltd. to create a custom sheet metal design not typically supplied by Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) manufactures. The project included two metal buildings with four total building shapes. In addition, the project had a fifth 25,000 square foot structural steel building that we covered with Metal Span IMP to match 7.2 panel on the rest of the project. This new 3-building facility is their primary operations facility for the Olympic Region. Bahnmiller Construction is proud to have partnered with WA State Department of Transportation and Graham Contracting, Ltd. on this project.
